10263 Beginner Doll Class - 10/06 (11:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

This is a great class for those who ever wanted to learn the art of doll making.  Under the skillful teachings of Davida Hyland, students will be instructed on how to make a basic cloth doll.  In this two day workshop, they will learn how to make the face and sew on hair, as well as construct clothing and shoes.  

Supply List:
1/2 yd Body Fabric in skin tone of your choice
1/2 yd fabric for clothing
Yarn for hair
Carpet/buttonhole thread for sewing on hair
Scraps of felt for shoes
Optional Lace for trim
Polyfil stuffing
Matching thread for the body
Pencil for tracing doll onto the fabric
Paper Scissors
Cloth Scissors
Straight Pins

Skill Level: Beginner, Intermediate and Advance
Requirements: Must know how to use a sewing machine.
